Writing 7zcat (works like zcat on *.7z files)

Copied /bin/zcat to a file called /bin/7zcat


#!/bin/bash

PATH=${GZIP_BINDIR-'/bin'}:$PATH
exec 7z e -so -bd "$@" 2>/dev/null | cat

    After making it executable, how do we use it? I tried 7zcat filename.7z but it did not work

      Could you share the error you are getting? Also I assume you have 7z installed on your linux machine?
